IT disposal for schools and academies

What we collect

Pupil and staff data protected

Laptops, Chromebooks, iPads and tablets, desktop PCs, monitors, servers, networking equipment, cables and peripherals.

Every hard drive, SSD and tablet is wiped to NIST 800-88 standards at our Bedford site, or shredded if it cannot be wiped. You get a certificate for each device to pass to your data protection officer.

Free collection and secure disposal of old IT equipment for schools, academies and multi-academy trusts across the UK. Every device is wiped and you get a certificate for your records.

Collections that fit the school year

We can collect during term time or the holidays, whichever causes least disruption. Multi-academy trusts can book one collection across several sites.

Better for your sustainability goals

Working equipment is refurbished and given a second life. The rest is recycled under WEEE rules. You receive an ESG report showing the e-waste kept out of landfill.
