Is collection really free?

Which areas do you cover?

Yes. Collection is free for businesses, schools and charities across the UK.

We collect anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Our base is in Bedford.

How do you wipe data?

Do I get a certificate?

Drives are wiped at our Bedford site to NIST 800-88 Clear or Purge standards. Drives that cannot be wiped are physically shredded.

Yes. You get a data wiping certificate for every device that stores data, plus an ESG report for the collection.

Are you a licensed waste carrier?

What happens to equipment that still works?

Yes. We are a registered upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer, registration number CBDU659902.

It is tested, graded A, B or C and resold through our GradedKit store, so it stays in use for longer. Anything that cannot be reused is recycled under WEEE rules.

Can I buy refurbished devices from you?

What equipment do you take?

Yes. Our GradedKit store sells tested and graded laptops, desktops and phones with a 12 month warranty and 30 day returns.
