Our grades explained
Every phone and laptop we sell is data wiped, fully tested and given a cosmetic grade. All grades work exactly like new; the grade only describes how the device looks.
Excellent (Grade A): looks almost new. No visible screen scratches at arm's length, minimal signs of use on the body. Battery health 85% or above.
Good (Grade B): light scratches or scuffs on the screen or body, visible up close. Battery health 80% or above.
Fair (Grade C): clear signs of use such as deeper scratches or small dents. Fully working and the best value. Battery health 80% or above.

How we test
Before grading, every device goes through a full functional test: screen and touch, cameras, speakers and microphones, buttons, charging, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Face ID or fingerprint, and a battery health check. Anything that fails is repaired with quality parts or sent for recycling.
How we grade
